Performula: A Musical Theatre Laboratory

A Strand Camp with tested formulas designed to enhance musical theatre skills!
This Summer, students from Cobb County and surrounding areas will discover a new “strand” of summer camp called PERFORMULA. In the Earl Smith Strand Theatre’s musical theatre laboratory, young performers will focus entirely on music, dance, and drama, discovering the formulas for performing success! The week-long camp will yield a Friday night performance on The Strand’s Stephen W. Imler Stage.
The Performula camp concept was developed by Strand Executive Director Earl Reece. The former educator-turned-theatre director served as the director of the Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts at Pebblebrook High School for 14 years, significantly growing the program while preparing students for the real world of performing arts. Under his leadership, graduates of the Pebblebrook program secured millions in scholarships to a long list of prestigious universities and performed on Broadway in close to 30 shows and in numerous national tours.

Pricing
Price is set at $175 per session.
Friday night performances: FREE admission.
Tuition price includes a Performula t-shirt.

Only 50 spots available per session. Full payment due at sign up, credit card, cash or checks accepted. Sign Up Form and Parent Agreement must be presented at sign up.
